• Free shipping on all UK orders over £80

This link allows you to follow your parcel’s journey — from dispatch to delivery.

5. Delayed Deliveries
We understand how exciting it is to receive your pieces — and we’re here if something’s off.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with our courier partners and ensure everything is on track.
If your parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, we may request confirmation from the local delivery office or courier to support our investigation to help us process your replacement or refund.
We’ll always handle delays with care and clarity.

Please double-check your address during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we may ask you to cover redelivery costs. Our team will notify you right away if this happens.

Orders
How do I place an order? Browse our collection, choose your items and preferred size, then head to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster future checkouts. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@sawastyle.com. If the order has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return policy.
What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation? Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your full name and any details you remember. We’ll confirm your order for you.
An item is missing from my order — what should I do? Check your packaging and invoice first. If an item is missing and not marked as out of stock, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photo of the package.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
How long does shipping take? Our delivery time is 6–14 business days. This includes processing and transit. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How much is shipping? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. We may offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out!
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also check the status in your order history.
What if my order is delayed or marked delivered but I didn’t receive it? If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, and signs of wear
