Return & Exchange Policy
Because your comfort and confidence always come first
At SAWA Style, we want every woman to feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in the pieces she chooses. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within:
▪️ 14 days from delivery
We kindly ask you to submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
To keep the experience fair and beautiful for all women in our community, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from perfume, makeup marks, deodorant, or signs of wear
• With all original tags attached and packaging (zipper bag)
• In the same condition in which they were received
If an item is returned used or without original tags, we may not be able to accept it.
Non-Returnable items:
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale / Discounted items / Eid sale / Black Friday / Clearance day
- Accessories (if added later to your catalog)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Any item returned with odours, stains, or damaged tags
- Any return that does not follow the return process outlined in this policy.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item, we’re more than happy to help.
You may exchange your item for:
• A different size (if available)
• A different color (if available)
• Store credit (valid for 6 months)
If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, you will receive store credit or a refund (your choice).
Simply reach out to us, and we’ll guide you step-by-step.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
We deeply apologize if this happens — your experience matters to us.
If you receive:
• a damaged item
• a faulty item
• or an incorrect order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and send us a clear video or photos showing the issue and the shipping label.
If Your Order Is Missing An Item Or Shows “Delivered” But Wasn’t Received:
• Please provide an unboxing video if an item was missing
• If marked “delivered,” we require an official non-receipt confirmation letter from your local post office to complete refund or replacement
We will take full responsibility and cover all return or replacement shipping costs.
Return Shipping:
• For change-of-mind returns/ size doesn’t fit / not your style, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• For faulty or incorrect items, SAWA Style will cover the full cost of the return.
We require photo or video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Method:
Refunds are always issued back to your original payment method
- Stripe (card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Wise (international payments)
- Payoneer
- PayPal
Once your return is approved, please allow:
• 3–7 business days for us to process your return
• 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

• Reason for the return/exchange
• Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
• Screenshot of shipping label or tracking if relevant

A Gentle Reminder
This policy doesn’t affect your legal consumer rights and aligns with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, it simply aims to keep the experience fair, transparent, and supportive for every woman in our SAWA community.
