Every review on our store comes from a real person who made a real purchase. We do not create, purchase, or publish fake reviews — ever.

Occasionally, we send products to customers or creators in exchange for their honest opinion. When this happens, the review is always clearly labelled as "Gifted" or "Incentivised" so you know the full picture. We never ask for a positive review — only an honest one.

We do not hide or delete genuine negative feedback. Critical reviews help us improve, and they help you make informed decisions. If a review contains spam, abusive language, or content unrelated to the product, it may be removed — but never simply because it's unflattering.
