Our delivery time is 6–14 business days. This includes processing and transit. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Go into our Track Your Order page where you can enter your order number and email or your tracking number.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

• Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office
• We require an official non-receipt confirmation letter from your local post office to proceed. For delays beyond the estimated 14 days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, and signs of wear.

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale, discounted, and clearance items
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked "Final Sale"
• Returns without approval or documentation
