Order
Browse our collection, choose your items and preferred size, then head to checkout. You can order as a guest or create an account for faster future checkouts. Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@sawastyle.com. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow our return policy.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, email us with your full name and any details you remember. We’ll confirm your order for you.
Check your packaging and invoice first. If an item is missing and not marked as out of stock, please contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photo of the package
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
We offer free shipping all over the UK.
Our delivery time is 6–14 business days. This includes processing and transit. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account, you can also check the status in your order history
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
- Please check with neighbors or your local delivery office
- We require an official non-receipt confirmation letter from your local post office to proceed. For delays beyond the estimated 14 days, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging, free of perfume, makeup, deodorant, and signs of wear.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale, discounted, and clearance items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Returns without approval or documentation

- Clear photos (if damaged or incorrect) We’ll guide you step by step.
- Customer covers return cost for size or style changes
- SAWA Style covers shipping if the item is faulty or incorrect (photo/video proof required within 48 hrs)
- Allow 3–7 business days for us to process returns
- Refund appears in 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
